Register Your Event
Registering your event with OSF for Meetings allows attendees to access posters and talks before, during, and after the conference. Events are given a dedicated, persistent page on the OSF with the option for conference branding.
Go to the OSF for Meetings
Click the OSF Home tab in the navigation bar, and then click OSF Meetings from the drop-down menu that appears.
You will be taken to the OSF for Meetings landing page.
Contact COS to register
Click the Register button on the OSF for Meetings landing page. Information on how to register your meeting will appear below the button.
To register, please email email@example.com and include the following information in your email:
- Conference Name
- Conference website
- Logo (optional): If you have a logo for your conference, you can send it to us and we will upload it as a banner to your conference site.

Once provided with the above information, we will generate your unique conference page.
If a logo is sent, it will appear as a banner across the top of your conference site. Submission instructions and a link to the conference homepage will appear below the logo. Submissions are listed with title, auther name, category, date created, and number of downloads.
