Having trouble seeing your Zotero libraries and folders? This help guide will walk you through how to reauthorize Zotero as an add-on to your OSF account.
* Reauthorizing Zotero will disconnect Zotero from any projects where you currently have it configured. After you reauthorize, you will need to re-connect Zotero to each project individually.
1. Disconnect Zotero as an add-on
Sign in to OSF.
Click your name in the top right, then click Settings from the drop-down menu.
Your user "Settings" page will appear.
Click Configure add-on accounts in the left sidebar.
A list of add-ons will appear.
Find Zotero in the list, then click the Disconnect Account link.
A confirmation modal will appear.
Click the Disconnect button.
Zotero will be disconnected from your OSF account.
2. Connect or reauthorize Zotero as an add-on
Next, click the Connect or Reauthorize Account link for Zotero on your Add-Ons page.
You will be taken to Zotero, where you will need to grant OSF access to your Zotero account.
Click the Accept Defaults button.
Zotero will be reauthorized as an add-on to your OSF account.
Next, connect Zotero to a project. See Connect Zotero to a Project.
