Since 2018, OSF has provided the Quick Files feature to allow users to upload public files to the OSF without a project easy sharing and collaboration.  As OSF continues to develop to meet community needs and infrastructure sustainability, Quick Files have been discontinued and the files previously uploaded as Quick Files were migrated into a public project for each user on March 11, 2022.




Rest assured, your quick files were carefully be moved into a new public project, where you can continue to view, download, and share your files. Each file’s current url will persist and continue to resolve, just as they do now.  You can still move your files between projects later by linking your projects.
