Familiarize yourself with the "My Registrations" page
The “My Registrations” page is split between a “Drafts” and “Submitted” tab so you can easily differentiate between the registrations you are currently working on and those that are already submitted. Switch between tabs by clicking on either “Drafts” or “Submitted”.
The “Drafts” tab hosts all your registrations that are currently in a draft state. Registrations are sorted by date last updated. Key information is located on each registration card.
Title of the registration - this field will say “Untitled” if left blank.
Initiated by - the contributor that created the registration.
Registration template - the template used to create the registration.
Registry - the registry the registration will be submitted to. This could be the OSF registry or a Community Operated Registry.
Started - the date and time stamp the registration was created.
Last updated - the date and time stamp the registration was last updated.
The most common tasks (review, edit, and delete) are available as buttons on the registration card. The buttons and their associated action are described below.
Review - redirects you to the registration’s review page which contains an overview of all the information that is currently saved within the draft.
Edit - redirects you the registration’s metadata page so you can immediately begin entering and updating information
Delete - displays a window to confirm that you want to delete your draft. Important: This action is irreversible.
The actions (i.e. buttons) that are available on each registration card will vary depending on your permission level for that registration. In order words, registration cards that you are an administrative contributor on will have more buttons than those you are a read contributor on. The image below summarizes the actions you can take on each card, depending on your permission level.
Admin (top), Read+Write (middle), and Read (bottom)
The “Submissions” tab includes all the registrations that you are a contributor on. Registrations are sorted by either date the registration was submitted or date it was last updated, whichever is the most recent.
Each registration card has key information to give context to its contents and make it easy to search for specific registrations.
