- STAPLE (Science Tracking Across the Project LifEspan). This free tool is the only tool specifically geared towards scientific research workflows.

- Jira. Most appropriate for software teams.
- Monday.com
- Notion
- Teamwork
- Todoist
- Trello
- Wrike
