Edit Registration Metadata
Although the contents of a registration are changed via a registration update, other registration metadata fields can be edited. Only contributors with Administrator permissions can edit metadata. The editable fields are:
1. Updating Title, Description, Publication DOI, License and Tags
Title, description, Publication DOI, Affiliated Institutions, License, and Tags can be edited from the metadata page or the overview page.
1. Click the pencil icon next to the field you wish to edit
2. Edit the metadata in the modal and click Save.
2. Updating Contributors
To edit contributors, navigate to the registration metadata page.
Select the metadata tab
- Click on the Contributor edit Icon (pencil), this will open the Contributors section
- You can then Add new contributors by name, and adjust permissions:
- You can also Add a contributor by email address, and adjust permissions
- You can reorder contributors
Click the pencil icon next to contributors
Drag and Drop the contributors, then select "DONE"
